4 Paws For Ability places service dogs with children and veterans. I joined the board in 2023 and serve on the Development Committee, working directly with the Development Director to plan and shape fundraising strategy, donor communications and public-facing campaign materials.
One of the projects I have been most involved with is the Infinite Impact Partnership program. The Infinite Impact campaign gives sponsors a clear, direct line between their contribution and a child’s life changing. My work on this project involved helping develop the campaign framing, messaging and collateral that brings that story to life for prospective partners.
My involvement with 4 Paws did not start in a boardroom. My daughter has one of their dogs. Watching what that partnership has meant for her is what brought me to the organization, and it is what keeps me showing up to do the work.
